The hotel was nice, but don’t expect the Valet Parking and Bellmen Crew to be attentive. We stood at the valet parking for 30 minutes and two staff with Blue Shirts that said Valet on the sleeve completely ignored us. Then when the Valet Suoervisor in the “The white shirt” finally showed up he said they were rude and ignored us because “they didn’t speak English”! He was kind and apologetic but by that time it was too late . As a person who once managed a hotel in a resort town, these are the small details that keep customers from returning . Train your staff and even if they don’t speak English make sure they don’t completely ignore your guest …it’s called hospitality for a reason !

"This stay was a nightmare… the ac vent I cleaned it myself , no soap to wash hands …not only did housekeeping walk in to my room after over an hour of me checking in as I was naked in the hot tub … I had the front desk send a bottle of wine for the inconvenience and I refused and had the do not disturb ..."
