My wife is a bit disabled, so had a problem getting up and downstairs to our room,which I suppose we should have notified you beforehand,but thought the girl may have realised ,and gave us a room without stairs, There was an annoying noise I think ,off the heating system,which put us off getting to sleep, until it stopped,otherwise everything else was good,and we loved the place.
