The hotel was super as usual. The menu in the restaurant however was limited. I would have liked to see a cold option in this heat wave. I did have to phone down to reception at 01:30 due to a party going on in a room next door. It was however dealt with swiftly and this was outwith the hotels control. Room was clean, good selection of tea's in the room with nice biscuits and hot chocolate too. Staff were professional and helpful.

Staff were all friendly, rooms clean and food was amazing. The room furniture was shabby, the bathroom lighting was dark so not suitable for applying makeup. For the price I paid, the room was smaller than I was expecting but overall Crieff Hydro is good for a break but I would say it is more suited for families.

Lobby bar staff were not attentive..had go to bar to order 2nd round and neither of my husband's drinks were correct and he ordered the same drink both times. Spa staff were excellent as were the front desk and LA Cucina.

What a delightful place to stay! Loved their museum telling you about this Victorian era hotel, beds were very comfortable and the food in the bat was delightful! So worth it to stay here!

Beautiful spa hotel with all the amenities you could want for a leisurely vacation. Conveniently located between Edinburgh and Inverness to explore this region of the Highlands. The property is set along the Loch’s edge and offers direct access to miles of well maintained trails.
