Not so great! We booked a double bed but got 2 single beds in our room. We complained and they said they couldn’t do anything about it as they were fully booked.
The room was always smelling of cigarettes smoke as the next door room seems to have an occupant that was smoking in the room and we complained at the reception but nothing was done.
No fridge in the room for a 4 star hotel, very poor.
The safe box in the room was damaged. We also complained but it was ignored.
Paid for breakfast but my wife was unwell so couldn’t go down to the restaurant for breakfast. I wasn’t allowed to take something up to her from the restaurant not even water. The manager was insensitive and highly unhelpful.
In all it was not so great experience.
