The property is a five minute drive from downtown Galway. Very quiet with easy access to downtown. Restaurant and bar staff were simply amazing. The gym, pool and sauna were very clean and well maintained. Just loved the property and staff.

I booked this stay at Delphi with the intention of taking advantage of the activities for kids and ended up being really disappointed. If you are interested in the activities, make sure you book them WELL in advance. I tried to book a few days before our arrival and everything was unavailable. We tried to book when we arrived, thinking there might be a cancellation, but all of the courses were shut down. We were able to rent bikes and ride around, which was fun and the bike rental staff was very pleasant. We tried to take advantage of the pool, but it is not available for children, or after 6 pm. The dinner staff seemed really overwhelmed and the food was OK for the high price. The location was beautiful and if you are planning an adult retreat that involved day activities and early bed, then this is a great spot.

We had a fantastic stay at Clybaun Hotel in Galway! From arrival the staff were so welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the little touch of receptionist giving the children ice cream was such a lovely surprise — they loved it! Clean, spacious rooms very comfortable. Bed was great. We asked for restaurant recommendations for dinner and good information was passed to us. We didn't have breakfast. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes drive to Galway city center, with parking on site which made it really convenient for us. No complaints at all. Staff were friendly throughout and went above and beyond. Amazing value and we would 100% stay again and recommend to families.
