(1,001 reviews) Staff were fabulous, - friendly, polite and very helpful. Food was very good The room was clean and tidy and had everything needed. The only downside was how cold the room and bathroom were despite having the heating turned up as high as it would allow. We had to keep our coats on when not under the duvet.
