My stay was amazing overall…there was just one super simple thing at 8:30am on check out housekeeping quickly knocked twice and proceeded to enter I was Still sleeping I didnt Complain or anything…my mistake for not having the dnd on the door but it was kinda flimsy so it kept falling off everytime I opened The door so eventually I left It on the floor lol but nice staff nice place definitely would recommend

My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had.

The woman with long hair at the desk who checked us in was snippy and unhelpful. Her hair covered her name tag. The rooms are hard worn, water pressure was terrible, doors are dinged, the flip lock on the door was hanging by the screws. No remote in the bedroom for the TV. Had to call for it. The pullout bed had one pillow and the case left for it barely fit it and there should have been two pillows. The blanket was very worn. Parking was tough, double parked cars waiting on 6th for valet so we walked it with kids. The breakfast was very good and the kids enjoyed the pool but at 8:30 am only 3 towels were left to use.
