Lost electric, no a/c and water for better part of a day, no notice to guests or est. for restoration. Had to pay for water.
I was a repeat customer, mentioned at CK in, no recognition, offer for a drink or discount of any sort.
Made reservation for dinner, was kept waiting for 50 minutes while others from the bar went ahead. No hotel pick up and delivery to airport.
Overall very nice location, average staff, dated facilities .

Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out.
If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either.

He came up with a special drink for us and it was a hit with several guests that asked what we were drinking. "its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME"
