All the staff were so helpful and friendly - reception, breakfast, housekeeping.
Our flight was cancelled and the hotel gave us the same rooms for an extra night without any fuss.

Hotel room has a lovely feel and design however the beds are quite uncomfortable, there is only one pillow and the unusual design of the bathroom means the light illuminates the whole bedroom meaning using the bathroom at night is awkward.
