Good location for shopping

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location for seongsu shopping and visiting lotte world.

Staff are amazing as they were helpful in every way. Language barrier was not a problem at all. Room was cleaned spotless all the time. Breakfast was the best inclusion choice I ever made. Everything was delicious with lots of choices and kind staff. I will stay here again next time.

The staff are top notch. Laura at the front desk was extremely kind, welcoming and informative about the hotel's amenities even during a very busy time due to what seemed like a convention. Clean and quiet rooms, best room service meals I've ever had, and the bus to the airport stopping at the hotel made for a wonderful stay.

Good location for shopping

Second time staying here, definitely my pick for a hotel if they are available when I’m visiting! Very lovely staff, especially the man who helps me carry my bags when I check in. Room is spacious for 1 person and excellent amenities in the room.
