I was happy with the room.it was well appointed. I loved the many restaurants in close proximity to the hotel also the variety of restaurants, cafeterias and cervezerias available nearby. It was conveniently close to the airport. It was easy to book and although I didn’t use the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel-it was one of the reasons I selected them.

We had a room that looked out on Gran Via. There is a lot of activity and noise out there, but the dual pane windows kept all of the noise out. Curtains made it dark. Easy to sleep with very comfortable bed. Complimentary beverages in the in-room refridgerator. Overall very happy with the room and service. The rooftop bar is very nice, we went up twice for meals. Would stay again.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and friendly. The airport shuttle was on time and very helpful. Restaurant was great and inexpensive. I would recommend this hotel. Not much around, but great if you need to be close to the airport.

Nice staff, but don’t take the room with the bed on the second floor. At four of clock in the morning I fell off the stairs. The stairs are narrow and not the same size turning at each end.

Nice hotel with walkable access to Rialto park. The room was nice, clean and provided enough room for four. One way elevators made getting in and out of the hotel easy. The breakfast is phenomenal, and a must at this hotel. Staff were very helpful. The mini bar in the rooms is on the honor system. The showers and water pressure is good. Beds are firm, very firm! The construction of the new metro terminal out front can get noisy and you have to walk 10 minutes to the nearest metro station. We enjoyed walking everywhere so this suited us well. Overall a good experience.
