Hotel was clean but we needed a little more space so moved to a bigger room. Location was good to get to all sites easily but Gran Via is super crowded even in January!

Fantastic room. Lovely little touches like arrival and departing treats left in the room. Staff were all very pleasant and guest relations desk was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection and à la carte options were included in the price.

El aire acondicionado en la habitación es manejado por el propietario, por lo tanto sufrimos de calor en la habitación ya que NO pudimos poner la temperatura en nuestra habitación como queríamos.
¡Así que OJO con esto, más para verano que hace mucho calor en Madrid!
