(64 reviews) A smaller hotel but with provided a great experience. The staff were outstanding from reception to the bar. The rooms were very cool (we had a family room) and large, clean and very well appointed. The restaurant always looked good with many options enough to satisfy kids too. The kids also loved the pool & table tennis games room. The Dive centre in the hotel was also excellent and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. It all worked well. Just over an hour from the airport but plenty stuff to do at or near hotel with Mnemba Island just a short boat ride away! (187 reviews) We enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly. However, due to a flight cancellation we arrived a day after our check-in date. I did send the hotel a message advising them of this and asking if they could do anything about the (all inclusive) cost but received NO response. The day we checked out we were told that we would have to pay for any food and drink consumed after the 11:00 check-out time! We raised the fact that we had not been able to have anything in the first day as we were delayed to which they agreed we could have lunch but no drinks, despite the fact that in theory we could have drink as much as we wanted while we were there.
