Great place to stay!!!

Wonderful Breakfast! We have always had good service in this establishment!

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and we love it. Our room was cleaned and quiet. It has all the amenities we need. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellman. He helped my husband with the Uber booking and spotting the Uber vehicle because the hotel entrance is located at the junction of the traffic lights. One of the Uber drivers even quit on us when he saw the traffic even though he has arrived. He drove passed us even and stopped at the junction waiting for the green light. I knocked at his window and he told me to wait for the next driver. Breakfast was average though there was quite a lot of selection. We had three breakfast and the dishes were all the same. We were hoping at the vegetable will change a bit, but everyday we were eating French beans. Think the chef needs to put in a little more efforts to maintain their Michelin one star hotel standard.

Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag.

The receptionist were so awesome. Bogdan was so helpful navigating the services within the hotel. Andreia suggested a lot of places, and another receptionist (whom I got the name) help me so much when I arrived.
