First time staying in Galway, hotel location was great, just a short walk to downtown area or plenty of taxis to take you (front desk can make reservations for you).
The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly.

Great location, within walking distance to many great areas. Parking was easy, the rooms very clean. My room seemed older and some things didn’t work well - the shower had super low pressure and the heater/AC was broken.
