Clean room and very quiet hotel. Staffs are super nice and helpful. Nice to wake up to the quiet of the lagoon. The bathrooms needs upgrading. Overall a very good experience

1. Wifi was not the best (unreliable)
2. Rooms were clean but had that old unusable scent.
3. The shower was a drip. Like a running tap.
4. Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and always ready to answer any questions
5. Breakfast have had better but needs one with patience
6. Dinner was okay, liked the club sandwich and struggnohf meal.
7. Air-conditioning was very okay.
Recommend to anyone on budget and within proxy of ikeja.
Not my first choice of accomodation but can stay any other time.

While the exterior was undergoing renovation during my stay, the hotel provided an excellent experience overall. The staff was attentive and cordial, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options.
