(1,332 reviews) The reception and restaurant staff were great, very helpful. Room was clean and well equipped except for it being heated by a potable electric radiator which wasn’t ideal. We hoped to use the leisure facilities but were informed that they were at capacity and there was a queue of people waiting outside. The pool seemed to be full of young children even at 7pm. It would be good if there could be an hour or so for adults only to use the pool either early morning or later in the evening. Disappointed they we didn’t get to use the pool at all. He helped us with getting an uber and event assisted us on our walk to the car. He smiled and was just lovely. Also, I cannot remember her name, but there was a lovely Irish lass who walked with me to the elevator and outside to get my train. Just an absolutely delightful stay. Really enjoyed the Regency experience also.
