Good location. Reasonable walking distance to key points of Edinburgh including Waverly Station. The room is well-stocked with essentials such as utensils, pots/pans, and laundry needs. Eric at the front desk was friendly and helpful!

Good breakfast, great helpful staff.

From the moment we arrived all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and created a welcoming ethos. Special mention to the host who checked us in, she was consistently in a great mood and always looking to make our stay positive. During dinner I asked about the history of the building, and the lovely staff member was quick to print out a mini newspaper! I couldn't fault the experience. Some aspects are dated- but this is a historic building! I will definitely visit again

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, super clean and comfortable.

Property was very comfortable. Spacious room and good value for the price. The biggest let down was the staff. It was difficult to find the valet every time I needed the car and, on the first day that I was seated for the complimentary breakfast, no server ever came to my table. Beyond that, the property is as advertised, has several amenities with good offerings for food on site. There were many activities for people of all ages to where this property would be very family friendly.
