Maybe because of the way the hotel was built the rooms are all different but mine was not a Fairmount standard room bathroom was very small and uncomfortable and it was not a standard room. The other parts of the hotel were nice

We did not find the property convenient for access or parking. The building is older and there is a strong concrete presence and darker colours throughout (black).
Check in is on the 10th floor. We found parking signage with clear instruction lacking. We did not find it a convenient property with clear directions.

From the minute we pulled in to the valet parking space in front of the hotel, we were treated so kindly and well! We stayed at the Auberge 25 years ago, and this time at the Lofts, and it far exceeded even our great expectations. The room was beautiful and large, the shower amazing, great little kitchen (even though we chose to go to all three of the houses hotel restaurants for breakfast, dinner and drinks.) The old port is so vibrant and fun, perfect jumping off point for our sunset boat cruise and nearby waterfront spa, Bota Bota. Can’t wait to come again! Such the perfect Montreal weekend.

This is far and away my favorite hotel in Montreal and nothing comes even slightly close. This hotel truly embodies the essence of Montreal from the cobblestone street to the cozy atmosphere throughout the rooms. This is a perfect stay for summer or winter (I have come during both). They have an amazing cafe downstairs and tons of restaurant options near by. This truly is an amazing boutique hotel with the nicest rooms and friendly staff. I always look forward to coming back to this hotel and look forward to taking my children one day :)
