Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping.

The property was excellent for the price. The room was very large (we had 2 bedrooms and a common space).
The buffet breakfast was cheap and had good food options.
The location is a little bit out of the way, but we walked to the tourist sites on the peninsula (ie Ruins of Saint Paul's) and used the Sands Macau Casino bus (located across the road) to travel to Cotai.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. Thank you guys for making my mom birthday extra special ;)

We enjoyed our stay at the Venetian so much. The room is very specious. The resort is equipped with a indoor playroom, swimming pools, and the biggest shopping mall in Macau. The resort is also connected to the Londoner, the Parisian, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Conrad. We literally stayed at the resort for 3 days without having to go outside. So much to do, to see, and to experience. Highly recommend the Venetian if you are looking for an all-inclusive place to stay in Macau. 😍 We will definitely be back again.
