Location was excellent for the city center, walkable, not a fancy hotel Hotel has an elevator There was black hair in the sink,,,,, I had to report it Room was as in the brochure as was the bathroom I needed an iron , they delivered it within a short time Breakfast would be ok for most, I’m gf not much available Staff we’re accommodating mostly For my 2 day stay it was fine

Our stay at Harmony Park Spa had both highs and lows. Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. Even though I provided my confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, the staff could not find it, and it took approximately 45 minutes to get us checked in. Throughout the process, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or answering our questions. I also asked on five separate occasions about booking a horseback riding lesson, but never received any assistance or follow-up from the check-in staff. Thankfully, the experience improved significantly after that. The restaurant was outstanding—the food was delicious, and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service. The spa was also wonderful and made for a relaxing experience. I especially want to recognize the manager who assisted us at checkout the following day. They were kind, professional, and immediately helped us book the horseback riding lesson that we had been trying to arrange since our arrival. With better customer service at check-in, this could be an excellent destination, as the facilities, restaurant, spa, and management were all highlights of our stay.

The staff were very helpful and eager to help with all questions. They gave very good recommendations and did whatever they could to assist.

I loved the spa/pool area; breakfast was elegant and had several menu options in addition to the buffet offerings. Staff was good, it was a lovely stay.
