Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice.
Central location in Almaty. Hotel was a very dependable and helpful place to stay

The hotel staff went above and beyond to take care of my family after flying overnight into Almaty and arriving at the hotel at 10am. They made sure we could get early check in and my kids fell asleep immediately. They really saved the day
