The manager followed up on our concerns and offered complimentary bubbles and fruit, which was appreciated. The interiors were the biggest disappointment. Our room was large and clean but very outdated, with a basic bathroom and plumbing issues that required repair. Upholstery around the property is old and worn, the spa area felt dingy and smelled unpleasant, and the indoor bar had the same issue. Food was average. Vegetarian options were limited, and some cheeses tasted freezer-burned. Drinks were overpriced, though the dinner buffet offered good value. The resort provides many activities and feels ideal for families, groups, and retirees who return often. For singles or couples looking for a truly luxurious stay, this feels closer to a 3–4-star experience, and a different property may be a better fit.
