(1,021 reviews) Much of my stay at this Radisson was pleasant, the room was excellent, the buffet was exceptional, its proximity to SM was enjoyable. I just really find it very annoying that their pool was in a state of indefinite maintenance during our stay, something that was communicated to me couple of days before our arrival, too late for us to cancel and find replacement property to stay. They just have to be more honest about something very basic and important like a pool. Coming from the US, my wife and I were so looking forward relaxing in a swimming pool in a tropical setting. It was very disappointing to say the least.
