The front desk handled luggage forwarding for me as well, and I love that the restaurant congestion and the use of the laundry machines is visible from the TV home page in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and I really love their deep soaking bathtubs! This was my second time staying here and I think it’s super convenient to Hakata Station so I’ll likely be booking with them again. (710 reviews) Staff: Excellent, helpful, and very polite. Quick checking and check out. Location: close to everything. Shopping, yatai stall, and train station are within walking distance. The ROOM: We stayed here for 4 nights and found no storage for our clothes. There are about 7-8 hangers on the wall (No closet) And no drawers. Our clothes remain in our suitcase for all these 4 nights. Lighting: The room's lighting was hard to control. For us, it was too dark. But what we liked was the bathroom, with good running hot water.
