On the positive - Regarding the Staff - extremely helpful and professional.
On the negative ...we had continuous issues with our room door lock and had to ask staff for their help - very frustrating.
The washing machine was old and extremely loud and needed to be replaced.
The cover for the rad heat was not secure and fell down,

I was always looking forward to breakfast. Excellent food and variety. It was nice having a ticket machine where we ended up booking a live show Wicked at the Apollo theatre. The location was ideal, very close to Victoria station and numerous restaurants and small grocery stores. Would book there again. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Thank you

Great place, excellent location in quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes walk from Earls Court station. Friendly and welcoming front office. Laundry facilities onsite. It might depend on unit, but it seemed to be thin walls between our studio and the ones next to us. Fortunately we lucky with neighbors. I would stay here again
