Room very clean and we received an upgrade which was a nice unexpected perk. Large room with city view and during the heatwave it had air conditioning.
Excellent walkable location to old town and 10 minute walk to sightseeing tours.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!

Yes the stay was good. Central location.
Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time.
Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful. Attention to detail. Friendly and helpful staff. We had two adjoining rooms. Unfortunately, the A/C did not work in one room (during the heat wave). It was frustrating that this problem was not resolved during our stay. But the front desk applied a credit towards our bill. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent Location.
