To start the rooms are quite small. Its major claim is the location. The food is mediocre at best in the lobby restaurant.
During my stay, I requested a late check out and was told no. So I checked out. Since I had a very late flight and wanted to enjoy the beach I paid $220 dollars for a smaller room for a full day as indicated by Taizzha. A female front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled. I phoned them that I was returning and was told that the amount I paid was for a late check out. That was not what I was told initially . In fact, I paid more than what the room was going for on Expedia. Alex the night person made no attempt to rectify the situation. Hence, I had to pay for another hotel. I felt cheated and scammed. No way do I recommend this hotel at all.

Stayed in 2 different rooms, both had mold.
With 2 elevators we still had long wait times get on to get to our room. The sinks drains worked slow. Overall rooms look nice and sheets were clean. Havaianas for every guest was included in each room which was a nice touch. Very much needed for the showers since that’s where mold was. Overall was a good stay aside from the mold and random smell of dirty water (the 1st room).
