Arlington Entertainment District Adults Only Holidays

I had to switch rooms because the room I was in smelt like piss. The second room I went into the AC unit was very loud. After the third room I checked into I was some what satisfied. Had to pay for parking. Breakfast isn’t included. Staff was friendly.

Right next to the Rangers ballpark with a vip entrance.

Beds are nice but pillows too hard. Everything is available in lobby at extremely high prices.

This was our 2nd stay at this location! Great clean rooms with boutique feel- breakfast was delicious.

I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said there was a sign , showed us where it was and left us at the lobby. I felt so uncomfortable and upset.
