Hard mattress one side and soft mattress the other side. A bit noisy from street.
Breakfast was not high quality.
Staff were excellent very friendly.
Location great for Benidorm Palace.

Not used this trip (March 2026) but did last August. Outdoor pool and attached whirlpool is not heated, so both were 'refreshing' but still nice. Indoor spa has a fantastic range of hot pools and facilities - but has to be paid for and gets booked up quickly.
