The mattress is terrible. I got no sleep it was like sleeping on the floor. Mattress was so hard 😭 I will not stay there again

PROS: Nice spacious room. Nice swimming pool. Nice gym equipment with ping-pong table. Restaurant in the hotel but not cheap accordingto Thailand standards. Breakfast are amazing.
CONS: Not so close to the airport depending on traffic. It is about 7 miles or 11 kms, not 2.5 miles as advertised. There is absolutely nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel, everything is far. The tv plays only local channels, no cable or satellite tv, no streaming apps and not playing USB as the tv is updated. Our sink was clogged. The carpet was wasn't cleaned. Overall I did not really enjoy my 3 days stay in this hotel, mostly because the TV lacks options.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We appreciate their helpful, English speaking & polite staff. All the amenities are well maintained. The rooms are very spacious & clean. We really enjoyed their various breakfast options which includes continental, Thai flavors, Indian dishes, & wide options of fruits & drinks. There is an onsite spa you could book right away at an affordable rate to help you get relaxed after a long flight or tiring day around the city. The location is so ideal to all the places we planned on going. It’s 5min walk to BTS, various restaurants, salons, spa, malls around, all within few minutes of walk. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
