Incredible location with concierge at your fingertip. Car service that arrives within 15min during a beach holiday with children is a life saver. they went above and beyond - couldn't recommend the place more! Can't wait to be back. One note to share, it was a bit shocking when we arrived and found ourselves surrounded by majority Americans during our breakfast and also at the beach.. it can sometimes feel like you're not in Europe when all you hear around you is American accent. We ventured to different beaches recommended by the hotel and found perfect relaxing places for our family during our 7 day stay.

Charm for days and the most lovely and helpful staff, more than make up for slightly dated rooms and amenities. Can’t say enough about the staff - they’re like a family and on their own make this a 10/10 place to stay. The amazing pool and gorgeous beach nearby also helps.

The rooms were incredible, clean, spacious and very high end design details. The staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s an upscale, small boutique feel with personalized care for their guests. We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is beautiful, comfortable, and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was also fantastic — convenient, easy to get around from, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. What really made our experience special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming, and truly made us feel like part of the family. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location, a beautiful place to stay, and exceptional people who make you feel right at home. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, our stay was okay, but for the price we paid, I expected a little more. Our room was on the ground floor, so noise was an issue. We could hear people coming back as late as 3 AM and others getting up early in the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The breakfast was fine, but the selection was pretty much the same every morning, and the hot food was usually lukewarm at best. There was nothing particularly bad about the hotel, but there also wasn’t much that stood out. For the price, I was hoping for a more comfortable and memorable stay

From the moment we walked in we felt at home!! Five minutes walk from The port to the hotel Entrance was super easy. Hotel is located just steps away from the Main Street with shops, restaurants and bars. The staff super friendly and helpful! Our room was exactly how it was shown in photos! Modern, very clean, and perfect for two. We had our own private balcony, toilet and shower separate. The shower included bath gel and shampoo. This was a GEM of a hotel and worth the money!! We would stay here again for the hospitality and comfort.

I have traveled extensively and stayed in countless hotels over the years, and I can honestly say that Virtu Suites is among the very best I’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning décor and beautiful aesthetic. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet warm and inviting atmosphere. The property is immaculately clean, and it’s clear that great pride is taken in maintaining every aspect of the hotel. One of the things that made our stay so special was that Virtu Suites is a family-run boutique hotel with only seven suites. The intimate setting makes the experience feel personal, and I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner on a few occasions. Their genuine hospitality and passion for the property truly shine through. The beachfront location is exceptional, and the restaurant was fantastic—we enjoyed every meal. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Naxos has to offer. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the room key was a little difficult to operate at times. However, this was a very minor inconvenience and certainly did not take away from what was otherwise an outstanding stay. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Virtu Suites to anyone visiting Naxos. It is a truly special place that combines exceptional design, impeccable cleanliness, heartfelt hospitality, and an unforgettable location.
