The hotel was really convenient when landing in Colombo. You can walk to the beach and restaurants are close by. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was great! Breakfast was really tasty with lots of food! We opted for both the Sri Lankan and English so we could try both options! The spa facilities were also great!

When I arrived I was a little apprehensive given the external appearance and the general condition of the carpets and lift but once I entered my junior suite then I was delighted. Everything was brand new, lounge, dinning, kitchen and bedroom in mint condition. No utensils or crockery despite having a stove top .
The dinning room was really nice and all the food delicious. Every staff member was delightful. One has to measure against the price paid and the third world standard and I would give the hotel a huge tick. ….. especially the dinning.

Lovely room and beautiful view. Only stayed one night so didn’t use any other facilities. But all looked very nice. Only annoying thing was people trying to sell stuff on the beach wouldn’t leave me alone for a long time
