The staff were very friendly. The food was ok at best. The breakfast was very limited and not very appetizing. The only thing near this hotel is the airport.

Spacious and modern room with large bathroom and nice shower. Beautiful music during the day and evening. Excellent breakfast buffet and on-site dining. Pool and pool bar were lovely. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept.

The Hyatt Regency Panama City exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The staff throughout the property were outstanding, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfortable, while the front desk and bellmen provided exceptional service from arrival to departure. The restaurant and bar offered great food, drinks, and attentive service. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to many of Panama City’s attractions and business areas. Overall, this is exactly what you would expect from a top,quality Hyatt hotel: clean facilities, excellent service, and a great guest experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, nice room with the beautiful view , pools including 1 heated . Terrific staff , food, drinks. We truly enjoyed our stay. Pool staff along with the manager surprised me with balloons and gifts for my Birthday!
