Bu otelde iki gün konakladık ve hayatımızdaki en kötü otel deneyimlerinden birini yaşadık. Daha girişte büyük bir sorunla karşılaştık. Alman kimlik kartlarımızı kabul etmeyip pasaport istediler. Oysa Türkiye’ye Alman kimlik kartlarımızla yasal olarak giriş yaptık. Personelin bu konuda bilgi sahibi olmaması gerçekten şaşırtıcıydı. Otele giriş sırasında hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bebek yatağı talep etmemize rağmen öğle saatlerinde giriş yaptığımız halde bebek yatağı ancak gece saat 00.00’da getirildi. Küçük çocuğu olan bir aile için bu kabul edilemez bir ihmaldir. Gece saat 04.00 civarında odadaki klimanın düzgün çalışmadığını ve sıcaklığın 27 derecenin üzerinde olduğunu bildirmek için resepsiyonu aradım. Bana hemen bir görevli göndereceklerini söylediler. 15–20 dakika bekledik, gelen olmadı. Tekrar aradığımda ise telefonlara bile cevap veren olmadı. Misafirlerini bu şekilde görmezden gelmeleri tam bir sorumsuzluk örneğidir. Çıkış yaparken yaşadığımız tüm sorunları resepsiyondaki görevliye anlattım. Ne oda numaramızı sordu ne de şikâyetimizi ciddiye aldı. Hiçbir ilgi veya özür gösterilmedi. Bu otelde müşteri memnuniyetinin hiçbir önemi olmadığını açıkça gördük. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Bir daha asla bu otele adım atmam.

This is our second visit to Cappadocia First visit was amazing that’s why we loved the area and decided to go again. The staff were nice and helpful. Despite the fact that the hotel location is far, and somehow overpriced we picked it cause of its amenities (spa, outdoor and indoor pool )buyer were so disappointed that indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool was not clean plus whenever we try to schedule the spa we were told that they only take one guest at a time in the whole facility and that means we can’t use the suna or Steam room cause they are always busy, Although during our 2 night stay the hotel looked empty even the breakfast buffet was canceled since there were not enough people in the hotel The room was spacious and clean but no view what so ever, the noise from the road was a little disturbing at night. Somehow disappointing

Nice staff and good rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice omelettes. Hotel check in and checkout convenient and fast.

Breakfast was average for a 5* but hotel was in an excellent location and distance to Goreme. Clean fairly new and staff were very helpful

Not a bad location, lots of little local eateries around, but if you want alcohol with your food stick to the hotels. Bed was comfy and the room was a nice size. Nice pool and spa, has a rooftop terrace restaurant and bar though I found it a little pric
