Nikko and Angela were very hospitable and made us feel like family. They provided great recommendations and had suggestions for each day. They made our stay an unforgettable experience. We would strongly recommend this boutique hotel. The entire staff went over and above. Extremely accommodating to the guests.

Overall it's average, compared to other 5 stars I've visited in Europe and Greece. One night the security was being very rude which was strange, given we were living the hotel.

Thought we would give this hotel a second chance following our first visit in 2018. First instance, reception staff were lovely and welcoming. We had a deluxe sea view room. The cleaners are definitely the heroes of the team. Whilst the room was clean, the decor and furnishings were tired. Shower was scratched and worn. Most alarming was the glass balcony only had 2 screws at one end!! We never had a hot meal. Always luke warm. It was like eating in a canteen. Nobody ever asked if we enjoyed the food. We have lost some weight for sure. If you were a custo.er of the deluxe pool rooms then you were lucky to have sampled the 2 onsite Restaurants, however people we spoke to said they were rushed. The Managers walk around but we never saw them engage with guests. Sat on phone in lobby area. Dirty scratched floor I wished I had never gone back and stuck to my own review from 2018. Definitely NOT 5 star 3/4 at best.
