Didn’t like there was a cockroach in our room and also would not give us another pillow. Liked the room though and how close to everything

Parking is the only thing that could be improved, everything else is by far the experience from a 5 star hotel in a world class city. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great location and the restaurants on site are some of my favourite. The rocky road is a fine touch that every guest can enjoy!

We stayed over the recent wet windy weather it was so easy and relaxed and easy for me to get to my work meetings

Convenient location but very noisy property. Don’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

Room was big, clean. Front desk was really friendly too. We were very enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Pros- Central location within walking distance to major attractions, shops, places to eat and public transport. -Room was clean and spacious. -Beds were comfy. -Had a large balcony (no view), weather wasn’t nice enough to use it during our stay but would be lovely in summer. -Staff were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free chocolates. Would stay again next time I’m in Sydney. Cons- The pool was quite chilly, could do with being heated more in winter. -Whilst the spa pool was lovely, this was unfortunately spoilt by the fact that everytime I used it over my 4 day stay there were misbehaving kids in there, with young children jumping and diving between the spa pool and the main pool, splashing around and kicking adults in the spa, sucking up and spitting out the spa water, amongst other issues. It would be much better to only allow children over 12 and adults in the spa since young children have access to the pool there’s no need for them to use the spa.

A charming little hotel smack bang in the middle of Sydney. Short walk to town hall station and darling Harbour. We, husband and the wee one stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment room and had an excellent time

Nothing standout but a good, average hotel. I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a window to the outside, but I also get that it’s right in the heart of the CBD and that isn’t always possible. The staff were wonderful though, so kind, friendly, and helpful!

The staff were excellent the apartment was roomy and the hotel has easy access to train , ferry and attractions
