The room was clean & in a great location. I enjoyed the city views & the soaking tub, which was really deep. I enjoyed taking baths in that tub! Overall i would recommend this hotel to others.

Staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Turndown service way too late, though—9:45 might catch some guests sleeping.

Booked two rooms. One room had no issues, and the kids were happy with their space. Unfortunately, the other room had a heating problem during a NYC deep freeze. The first night, the temperature was around 63°F. I contacted the front desk the next day, and they promptly sent a very polite and professional technician. The heat improved, though it didn’t fully reach a comfortable level; the second night it maxed out at 66°F. During checkout, Carolyn handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She took the time to listen and made sure I felt satisfied with how the issue was addressed. Thank you, Carolyn.
