The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was helpful. For the first time in all the hotels I’ve stayed in I was charged 25 dollars for parking. The 15 dollar buffet was meager and the check had a 3 dollar service fee, then added a line for additional gratuity. The switches on the side table lamps by the bed didn’t work so, I had the maintenance man turn them on. I had to unscrew the bulbs to turn them off. If you want to be nickeled and dimed endlessly, this the hotel for you.

Beautiful place, great staff

A relaxing escape in the Hills overlooking the bay. A beautiful view to fall asleep too, and to wake too. As a fitness junkie, it was one of the best resort gyms I've been to. The dining area is were very inviting, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend. We will come back.

Good basic hotel in the downtown LA. No pool but clean and nice friendly environment on ground floor.

Very beautiful place for weddings, but the constant weddings blocked off the sidewalks for hotels goers going to Universal Studios. Families with strollers and people with mobility devices shouldn't have to be in the road with all the constant cars

Rooms are great and clean! Rooftop bar is amazing and dj was a nice surprise! The area isn’t spectacular but the hotel itself is great
