Wonderful stay, easy to find and everything was clean and accessible.

We had a great stay here the first time about a month ago, this time was a little disappointing. Excluding the bartender Austin at Rules and Regs, and excluding the check in staff at the Gold Lounge, the service everywhere else was not great. The lobby bartenders/servers and the lady at Good Times was really not warm, welcoming or friendly at all. Almost like we were bothering them for being there. We also asked the concierge if they had some chips because they did the last time and she told me no but I could purchase snacks in my room. Minor thing but still off-putting. We had the complete opposite experience the first time we stayed here where the staff and service everywhere was excellent so just really a let down especially for the price point of a hotel like this. The property itself is beautiful and has great amenities and the gold experience is nice but we are reconsidering having this place as our go to Austin hotel.

Amazing place to stay in Austin. Great vibe, super friendly staff, fantastic pool. Lot’s of construction nearby, but still easily walkable to food and parks. Will stay here again on our next trip to Austin.

Awesome hotel. Exceeded expectations!

We were visiting for our 11-year anniversary. Abi at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, explaining everything about the hotel and the amenities. She asked about our anniversary and was very friendly. My wife and I went out to dinner, and when we returned, a bottle of champagne was left in our room, along with a handwritten note from Abi wishing us a happy anniversary. The hotel was very clean and comforting. Our stay was great and we will definitely be back.
