Samos Prefecture Adults Only Holidays

Food was below average especially lunch very very bland and the towel procedure was soo bad claiming it was for the environment we carried dirty towels for 2 days even made us sign a form for it. But shower towels were changed daily strange policy which i habe never ever seen before.

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Lots of operational challenges, no information on check in regarding the spa, the restaurants I should have had access to as a VIP guest, or the fact that one of the restaurants that the concierge recommended and booked for us was operated separately from the resort and we could not charge the meal to our room as we had done with the other restaurants. This meant my husband had to leave the restaurant and come back with a credit card. The spa was empty of product, a non functioning sauna and hot tub and badly in need of a makeover. The beach is very windy and stoney, is in direct flight path of the airport so quite loud several times a day. There were no towels for the beach chairs on two out of 3 days. very dismissive staff on the beach. Different answer for what the towel policy was and why there were no towels depending on whom you spoke with. Many other staff were friendly and chatty, however only some restaurant staff members could take your food order, some served the food, others brought the alcohol, others removed plates etc. The new season staff were under prepared for the busy months of July and August. Some dangerous things lying around in the grass considering the number of families there, from hose pipes, shore lids off and uneven paths. Definitely needs more oversight and some simple policy adjustments. The Breakfasts were the highlight of the trip. No acknowledgment of my VIP booking. 3 to 4 star at best.

I would say they have everything to be a 4 star but there is little upkeep. We had ants in our room there solution was to go buy raid at the mini market , safe to say we had ants all week . Even some in out luggage when leaving. The buffet is not great , a lot of canned foods . The staff is nice but do very little to help with problems . They have a small part of the beach but you have to be up at 6 am to get a chair. Overall a below average experience for a place that has potential but they just dont take care of the rooms or the upkeep needed tomrun a hotel.
