Worth the money , 99% of staff were nice , nearby Coki beach is excellent

Beautiful location with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great option for a relaxing getaway in St. John.

Great location, nice hotel we had a great room with a view. The bad part, no help with luggage. A lot of steep stairs and uneven surfaces. Unless you’re in good physical shape, it’s a struggle.

Amazing. Came with a variety of things I did not expect (snorkel equipment, pool and beach supplies, multiple washer/dryers, several grills, and a welcome basket and drinks). Would definitely stay here again

Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars hotel status that is a long way to go. Simon

Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east.
