Very clean and friendly!

Very spacious and well equiped. Nice pool and large gym. Surrounding area not as good.

Great rooms, staff and location.

Hotel design was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was beautiful and had great cocktails. The pool was great. Rooms were very well stocked, nice shampoo and conditioner and body products, qtips and makeup remover wipes in the room. The design of the room was great for bags and getting ready. Would 1000% be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dallas. Also great coffee shops near by and they have a house car to bring you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which is super conviennent if you don’t have a rental car.

Awesome location and staff

The Joule delivered an exceptional experience overall. The Deluxe Loft Suite was impressive, and for the first day, everything was operating at a true five-star level. Unfortunately, the AC failed in my room and the issue was not resolved during my stay. That was an unexpected miss, especially given the standard the property otherwise upholds. Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board.

The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers. However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

Everything was awesome! It was my first time staying here and they were so attentive, prompt, and I enjoyed myself a lot!
