We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Satisfied travelers!

Room was large and in general clean, but walking in the room in bare feet, my feet were so dirty from the floor

Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly! At night, you could hear the road noise (car horns) and the construction behind the property was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was good as was the rooftop restaurant. The free airport transfer that was included is one way only so be prepared for that return cost.

Difficult for front desk to understand or communicate in English and there was only one staff member who was English speaking. Water was not supplied in room, nor was coffee or tea. Otherwise the room was large with nice sitting area

Great location for gizza and saqara, tours and the new museum. Good menu in the rooftop restaurant, good value for monet.

Unbelievable stay at St Regis New Capital. Everyone and everything is at the best standard. I would give it more stars if I could. 100% recommend.

Delicious food, lovely attentive staff. Vey noisy every night with hotel parties until 23:00! Couldn’t sleep!
