All inclusive does not include access to the spa facilities (understand treatments are extra but seriously?!). 3\. No extra pillows or blankets in the room which is standard. 4\. The fixtures in the bathroom are coming away from the wall. No one is checking the ongoing maintenance. 5\. No handsoap, just mini bars of soap which are very wasteful. 6\. Paid for a pool side room. It's a shallow puddle outside the room doors. No cushions in sight, you have to sit on hard concrete. 7\. The outdoor bars close at 6\. The food is incredibly limited. Simple snacks like fries aren't on the menu. You have to be friends with the barmen to get fries. 8\. Service - mentioned it's a birthday trip. Absolutely nothing. Not even a complimentary drink or snack. Definitely a 3 at the most. A riad would be better value and you would not be out of the city where everything is walkable. This is located a 25 minute drive from the Medina where all the great bars and restaurants are. All of the above is related to the hotel itself and not the service we received. The staff were fantastic. Special mention to Yousef at the concierge desk who was fantastic.
