Loved it so perfect for a calm vibe in Negril. Came for my 22nd birthday.

I absolutely loved this resort. Everything was a 10/10.

I had a wonderful time. Our butlers Evon and Patrice were amazing.

I’ll start with the good: the staff is extremely friendly, the entertainment team does their best to keep guests entertained, the beach is absolutely beautiful and amazing, the pools are nice, and the food is very good. Now for the bad, which is very important to me. The room cleaning is terrible. They don’t make sure the room is properly stocked with the necessary items. When they cleaned my room, it was actually worse than before, and the smell almost made me throw up. To make matters worse, the housekeeper told me she wasn’t carrying any clean towels. Disgusting. The air conditioning in the restaurants that are supposed to have it is barely noticeable. Only the buffet feels properly air-conditioned, and some restaurants don’t have air conditioning at all. With Jamaica’s heat, it’s absolutely necessary. The lobby area near the coffee station smells like urine. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the resort is very poor, almost nonexistent. And they don’t have parking spaces

I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit!

Like so many have said, the staff is a big plus as well as the food. The pool was nice as well as the beach view. The only negative for me is that the bathroom in my room showed its age. There was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. When I used the hairdryer in the sitting area it blew a fuse. The power went out on the dryer as well as the TV. My husband was able to restore power quickly from the fuse box inside the room. The restaurants and the common areas have been updated since my visit seven years ago, but the rooms need to be updated as well.

STAY HERE!!!!

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, gorgeous rooms, and a well-maintained atmosphere. There is no shortage of things to do, including spa treatments, live shows, bowling, a water park, a lazy river, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening (special kudos to Billy & Kitty). The food and drinks were excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit just about everyone's tastes. One suggestion would be to add a quality Mexican restaurant to the dining selection. The reason I did not give the resort a 5-star rating is because of a few issues that impacted our stay. The most concerning was seeing a large ROACH (not a beetle) crawling across the counter at the coffee shop. Additionally, the shower floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the plumbing made a loud knocking noise whenever the shower was in use. Lastly, the section of beach directly in front of the property was difficult to enjoy. It was covered with protruding rocks and deep, fist-sized holes, making it uncomfortable and potentially hazardous to walk on. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the beautiful property, excellent amenities, and great food and drinks. With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control, this resort would easily deserve a 5-star rating.
