Clean, great customer service. Most importantly we felt safe. Would definitely stay again and again!!

What really made this place special was the people. The grounds were beautiful. The tree house huts were cute and such a vibe, but the staff were what truly sold us on the resort. Not much in the form of nightly entertainment, but you can always go off resort. All in all- would book again and highly recommend.

The villa was clean and well appointed. There was comfortable space for four adults though the lounge became somewhat cramped when the fifth adult arrived. There was a sense of safety and security at all times, which was welcome. Everything worked! Though rather removed from the beach there was easy access nonetheless. Other amenities were a short drive away. The corner deli, Scotchies for jerk delights and the petrol station. The highway and Ocho Rios proper were also easily accessible.

We had an overall great stay at Princess Grand and truly enjoyed our vacation experience, especially with the Platinum services, which added a nice level of comfort and convenience throughout our trip. A special thank you to the butler team: Pierre for attentiveness and professionalism. They were helpful, responsive, and made our stay feel smooth from beginning to end. We also really enjoyed the service at the café and the Bar: Morris was excellent— Leonard pool side was also great. The specialty dining restaurants were another highlight of our stay, Venessa at jamrock, Ingrid at coffee café, Lorraine at the Italian restaurant, Teresa at the platinum lounge made dining memorable. There were a few areas where service consistency could be improved. At the Reef and Restaurant, service varied depending on the staff member and shift, and we experienced similar inconsistencies with some of the lifeguards at the waterpark and a few other dining locations. While some employees were excellent, others seemed less attentive or welcoming, which made the experience feel uneven at times. That being said, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and overall we truly enjoyed our stay at Princess Grand. The resort has a lot to offer, and with a little more consistency across all staff and service areas, the experience could be exceptional from start to finish. We appreciate the hospitality and would consider returning in the future.

My family enjoyed everything about this resort! The beach was so much fun (great water sports staff over there), the pool -huge and fun, the spa was amazing, the resort is beautiful and the food was very good! Was able to hitch a ride 85% of the time around the resort. Only reason for 4 stars was the checkin process was very long and after a delayed flight and nighttime arrival, we were tired and hungry. Checkin took about 35-40 mins! Otherwise, everything else was incredible and I can’t wait to return!

This place exceeded our expectations. Every staff member was so friendly and the resort is so beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and celebrate our anniversary. Also, all the food was amazing!

Location is beautiful and very secure and safe. The house and pool were lovely as well.
