(470 reviews) It was convenient to the Stadium where events were held. It was central, cabs came quickly. Front desk staff were efficient, all staff were pleasant. BUT, the service in bar and dining room was very very slow. They should have staffed up for the events in the city. And for an American, not being able to take out a cup of coffee is crazy. The beds were of good quality, Jr. Suite was very suitable for me. Parking was expensive and not secure. No evidence of security around the hotel and parking area. But that could just be the way things are. And I should have been able to get my ACCOR points. I did not because of booking thru Expedia. (740 reviews) The breakfast variety and service were excellent. Also, Waiter service at your table for Tea or Coffee. The hotel and the staff service were also excellent. The only comment on room for improvement was that the breakfast bar food area was a little congested, making it difficult to move around other guests even when the room was not too busy. But altogether a very enjoyable stay and only a 5min walk from the main station, which had many food outlets and a 15min walk from the main Christmas Market.
