Wonderful apartment, conveniently located in the beginning of the beautiful old town. Spacious, well furnished, with comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen with all the amenities needed. Also great shower and a bonus: a washing machine. The only negative point was the internet that was not working at all but the reception staff offered help with that. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend it.

We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold. ​Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

amazing for a hostel - superb location, great communications and helpful staff

Excellent breakfast! However, what impressed me most was the management of the hotel. My sisters and I stayed at the hotel in three rooms. We initially stayed there for one night on The way to a wedding venue. My room was noisy and the safe was broken. I brought this to the attention of the hotel management. After the wedding we were coming back to the hotel for four nights. I therefore requested that we would be placed in rooms on the top floor, and I agreed to pay the difference in price. When we came back, we got excellent rooms overlooking the garden AT NO EXTRA PRICE. I really appreciated this gesture. This hotel is excellent for families. We enjoyed the garden and since we were so well treated, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Wroclaw.
