Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

The Hotel was one of a kind. There is a different unique subtle fragrance in each of the 68 rooms. Each fragrance is available for sample and purchase as a perfume in a unique store and sampling space attached to the Hotel. There is a delightful rooftop restaurant bar with excellent service. It serves gourmet food and amazing unique scent/fragrance related cocktails. They are must try!

Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

One of the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Venice. The location was great for us - within 10 mins walk to a water bus stop from the airport, stone throw from cafes restaurants and gelatos, quiet and comfortable room and most of all - friendly and helpful hotel staff!
Highly recommend.
