Very clean and a very helpful and welcoming staff! Great location near F6 handicraft market. Great value.

My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had a really good stay at Best Western. The people there were honestly amazing. Everyone was really friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was good overall, although the butter chicken was more like ginger chicken . The pool was probably a bit on the small side, but it was still nice to have one. Only little thing was my shirt somehow went missing with the laundry. But to be fair, they’ve been doing their best to find it and have been really good about it. They even said they’d upgrade me on my next stay or buy me a new one if they can’t find it 😆. Overall though, really enjoyed my time there and the staff definitely made the stay even better. Would happily stay again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. The front office, finance and reservations teams on the other hand need to be trained in basic procedures. My reservation was for 2 guests however on arrival I was alone, no one asked me if I would be alone or if someone would be joining me. After 2 days first reception came banging in on my door at 0800 claiming I hadn’t given them the ID for he second guest, I informed them my nephew was asleep, when he awakes, he will bring the ID down to them. After a couple of minutes, another team member came banging on the door, informing me I must go to reception, I told her, I had just informed her colleague we would bring the Id down. I then took the Id to reception myself, at which point I was told it was my fault that I had 2 guests and didn’t share the ID. I never at any point hid that there were 2 of us in the room, and in my previous stay, when I gave our ID’s they informed me there was no need for ID. I had to cancel a booking due to a family emergency, I was treated very badly and had to chase to get my 100k back, which they told me I wouldn’t get.
