"part of the hotel is just old and outdated and needs repairs! the shower was leaking something terrible, and there was some kind of blue terrible build up in the tub! then , the air was out, they did move us to another room after we complained that was nice, but they knew of the existing problem ..."

"Lovely historic hotel with a great staff. Loved the vibe. Beware holiday weekends, that elevator bay can get crowded during peak times. Definitely showing signs of age in the room and some amenities. Would still definitely book again."

"i especially liked the Old Town location, and being near the light rail lines. Our room had high ceilings and was comfortable. Getting around the facility is a bit confusing- they need better signage. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Rooms could use a "refresh". Nice to have a big bathtub!"

"The hotel is a bit old. It's great if you're looking to stay in a property with a historical aspect. Check-in was troubling. I don't recall on the Hotel's description here on Expedia or on their own website that the deposit was $400 up front. I stayed for 6 days so that should have been around $170. ..."
