"Whale Rock Lodge is a lovely place. Very much a home away from home. Staff welcoming and efficient. We had a room in The Villa; a separate building to main house with it's own entrance and car park but only 30 steps to main building. The room and bathroom were large with fridge & tea/coffee making facilities. Good sized balcony with comfortable seating. "The Abalone Lodge is a beautiful property in a magnificent setting overlooking a captivating seascape with a private gate leading to walking paths. The staff was amazing, the food was gourmet level including the breakfast choices. The rooms are very comfortable. I would love to stay here again but next time for whale season. The Aboline Lodge is definitely the perfect place to stay for whale watching or any time when you need to relax and be pampered. "
