Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

+ Clean, well located, comfortable mattress. - The Wi-Fi in my room (facing the inner courtyard) barely worked, If you’d like a sleep in beyond 7 am ,nearby church bells could make that difficult, even with earplugs.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (288 reviews)
Had a wonderful stay here. From check in to check out, it was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent: nice variety and some items cooked to order; a very nice touch. The location is away from the center; but, only about a ten minute walk. This meant it was quiet but still convenient. It wasn't perfect: for some reason the first night there were only towels for one person. And, unfortunately, housekeeping threw away a piece of equipment I use to prepare a medication I am on. It is inexpensive, but not easy to replace while traveling. But, little things like this happen. If traveling to Dresden, I would definitely stay here.
