During our stay, we noticed some black mold stains on the grout near the bathtub in the bathroom. It would be good if this could be checked and properly cleaned. The underground garage was closed when we arrived, and the wellness/fitness area was also closed. It would be helpful if the opening times were shown in the Expedia listing.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Dresden Neustadt. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the city centre and easy access to local shops. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which made the experience smooth overall. The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare.
